Order FAQ's
- Can I make changes to my order?
- We process orders quickly to ensure they reach customers as soon as possible. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we will advise if this is possible.
- Where is my order?
- We normally process orders 7 days a week and we offer extremely fast delivery, meaning your order should usually be delivered Next Day if ordered by 6pm. If you have not received your order within 2-3 days, please contact us and we will be able to advise further.
- Why haven't I received my order?
- We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Please contact us stating your order number so we can look into this further. Usually there is a reasonable explanation like a delay with the courier but we will find out and get your order to you as soon as possible.

- Which supplement should I choose?
- We offer a range of supplements to help dogs with their daily struggles due to gut health problems, itching and allergies, and stress and anxiety related problems. You can find details on each product page for the different benefits they will offer to your dog. If you are unsure, please get in touch and we will happily advise.
- Are your treats Vet Approved?
- Yes! All of our treats are vet approved and we only use natural ingredients.
- Are you Trading Standards Registered?
- Yes, your dogs health is our priority so we are proudly Trading Standards and Feed Hygiene Registered, which means we only use ingredients that have been approved by Trading Standards as safe for use in dog foods. Unfortunately, you will find many companies out there that do not abide by this. You will find our Registration number on all of our product packaging.
- Are your treats safe for my dog?
- All of our ingredients are perfectly safe for dogs and we only use natural ingredients in all of our products. They contain No wheat, soy, corn, grain, no added sugar, no artificial flavours or colours. They are Gluten free and GMO free.
- How many treats can I give to my dog?
- Our treats are served by the size and weight of your dog. You will find details of how many treats to give per day on our product detail page and also on the packaging of the product when you receive it.
- Are your ingredients 100% Natural?
- Yes! We only use completely natural and organic ingredients in every single one of our products.
- How long until I see results?
- Some people see results very quickly within the first week of your dog taking the supplements, however we ask that you persevere for a minimum of 30 days for best results.
- What size dogs are they suitable for?
- All of our treats are suitable for any size and breed of dog. It is not recommended to give to puppies under 12 weeks.
- What if my dog doesn't like them?
- If your dog doesn't want to take them as just a treat, you can try crumbling them over their food as this will still give all of the benefits of the supplement.
- Can I give different types of treats at the same time?
- Yes absolutely! All of our treats have been designed so they can be given together if your dog is showing signs of needing different types of treats.
Returns FAQ's
- Can I return any of the products?
- Yes, we offer a 30 day return policy for any unopened, unused products, still in their original packaging.
- Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
- Yes, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, we will refund the cost of one tub of treats per household.
Subscriptions FAQ's
- Can I start a subscription for VitaPup?
- Yes, you have the option to subscribe to our products to be delivered on a continuous basis so you don't have to place an order each time. The subscription frequency can be chosen based on your specific needs of how often you need the product. You will receive a discounted price for your subscription meaning you can continue to prioritise your dog's health at a better price!
- Can I amend or cancel my subscription?
- Yes of course. If you wish to change your subscription plan, please contact us at info@vitapup.co.uk and we shall ensure this is actioned.
