How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this with 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
How soon will I receive my order?
We process all orders on the same day they are placed. If you order by 6pm, your order will be delivered Next Day.
How much is delivery?
We offer a FREE Next Day delivery service on all of our orders meaning you and your pooch can enjoy the benefits sooner!
I still haven't received my order?
We are sorry to hear your order hasn't reached you. Please contact us at info@vitapup.co.uk and we shall look into it straight away.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly to ensure we deliver the best possible service. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know straight away and we will check the status of the order. Unfortunately, if an order has been processed we will be unable to cancel the order but you may return it to us for a full refund.
